Notre Dame Forward Liatu King | 2025 WNBA Draft

Notre Dame forward Liatu King was selected 28th overall by the Los Angeles Sparks in the 2025 WNBA Draft. King joined Notre Dame for her graduate year after having a breakout year with Pitt during the 2024-25 season. That last season a Pitt, she had 18 double-doubles while averaging 18.7 points on 52.3% shooting and grabbing 10.3 rebounds per game. In 2024-25 while playing on a better and deeper Notre Dame team, King averaged only 11.5 points per game by doing so on 56.3% shooting and playing fewer minutes per game. She did raise her rebounding to 10.4 boards per game while with the Fighting Irish. Liatu King will look to continue to be a double-double machine as she moves to the next level with the Los Angeles Sparks.
