Comparing to others is made super easy in today's crazy world of social media. 📱 Day after day, we spend hours scrolling through our feeds doing nothing but comparing ourselves to other people. We are never doing enough. Comparison truly is the thief of joy. 🙇🏻‍♀️

But the truth is that we can only really compare ourselves to... ourselves. 🪞 Our past self, to remind us of where we've grown... Our future self, to remind us of where we wanna go in life. When we compare to someone else with different life experiences, different life goals, different _____ (fill-in-the-blank), we're living someone's else's life instead of our own. 🍎🍊
