This video contains how to remove the Bajaj auto (tuk tuk) axel, how to clean the axel and flange.
After i will clean these and apply the grease for flange (cuplin), slider block (satapaha), then i have replaced flat washer, flange rubber.
You have to do this procedure every 3,000 km, while driving in the heavy rain you should remove and check the boot.
You can do this at home. No special Tools required and it will save money.
