Organizing My Dream Bookshelves | Vintage Cottagecore Vibes 📚✨

Hi everyone!

In this video, I’m taking you along as I organize my new bookshelves and talk through every step of the process, the ideas, the struggles, and the small victories. 📚

I recently swapped out my classic white IKEA Billy bookshelves for dark brown wood ones that give off the warm, vintage, cottagecore vibes I’ve always dreamed of. Think cozy libraries, old books, and soft candlelight ✨

But of course, reorganizing an entire bookshelf setup isn’t as easy as it sounds. I started by trying to recreate my old shelf layout… and quickly realized that wasn’t going to work. 😅 So I changed direction, added an extra shelf (now I have 4 big shelves and 1 small one!), and slowly started finding a new home for each of my books.

After two days of arranging, rearranging, and a fair bit of staring at books in confusion... I finally found a setup I love. 🥹

The final look has my heart, and once I finish decorating the shelves, I’ll be filming a full Bookshelf Tour next month... So make sure you’re subscribed if you want to see the finished result! 💕
