This episode we specifically talked about how I BULLETPROOF MY SHOULDERS for Powerlifting. I bench press 6x a week and I go over my full warmup routine and a few accessories I do to strengthen my deltoids and rotator cuffs. Lifting in pain sucks- hopefully you can use this information to strengthen your shoulders- lift pain free and hit PRs!
