ALL SEATED FULL BODY NO IMPACT WORKOUT!! Get ready to get your sweat on and never leave the FLOOR! Due to my knee surgery and rehabilitation, this is how I have been working out efficiently AT HOME. I am currently in week 7 of NON (full) WEIGHT-BEARING movement, and limited range of motion with my knee. HOWEVER, this has not stopped me from working out! We've got 7 strength supersets to bust through, so if you find yourself needing an intense, fun FLOOR WORKOUT THIS IS IT!
