Eye of winter CoC is chain triggering your Lightning bolt and you can just AFK kill bosses with it
With full damage setup T3 boses are dying in 30seconds or less but you are also very squishy
Latest patch gave you 12% more extra damage from wand socket
I would suggest that you go for SPELL/lightning damage wand since we need single target and HH +trampletoe is covering the AOE and you don't need more extra
Also could be a lot better with rare sceptre but have to do more testing
