Road Trip #648 - LA-23 South - Boothville/Venice - Tidewater Road
The final video in our LA-23 series, we reach the mouth of the Mississippi River, driving through Boothville and Venice, in Plaquemines Parish. We continue on past the end of LA-23 on Jump Basin Road and Tidewater Road to the very end (or as close as we could get to it due to flooding), where a sign stands declaring it the southernmost point in Louisiana--which is not quite correct.
