♧INGREDIENTS/ SPICES FOR FISH FILLING
Titus fish ( 2 medium size)
Salts(Add to your taste)
curry and thyme(1/2 teaspoon each)
Grinded ginger and garlic(1/2 teaspoon each)
Seasoning cubes to your taste(1)
Scotch bonnet pepper( 1 small size)
Green bell peppers ( 1 medium size)
Spring onions( small sizes)
Carrots( 3 medium-sized)
Onions( 1 medium- sized/3 small sizes)
cabbage ( 1/2 of 1 small size)
or
Irish potatoes ( 400g)
