Ingredients:

TO BOIL THE CHICKPEAS :
300grm chickpeas (soaked overnight)
½ tsp salt
2 medium sized onions

2 spoonfuls of Oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
4 tbsp curd
4 -5 green chillies
Some chopped coriander


FOR SPECIAL CHANA MASALA
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1½ tsp cumin
2 green cardamom
3 dry red chillies
1½ tsp peppercorns
*after roasting these ingredients, switch off the flame and add
1 tbsp dry Fenugreek leaves
1 tsp pomegranate seeds
