As part of the commemoration of the 100-year anniversary of the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1923, "136" tells the true story of Chinese Canadian Commandos that served with the British SOE in the waning days of the Pacific Campaign. This film features Force 136 Veteran Gordon Quan and his son Richard, Commander (retd) King Wan, Colonel (retd) Christopher Weicker, and Linda Yip.
