Dec.6, 2016- Anonymous releases a video for MCSD stating they have 3 days to arrest the 2 officers responsible for the threat of harassment and bodily harm to Standing Rock Sioux Tribe water protectors that have come out to in solidarity with over 2,000 veterans and 8,000 other non indigenous people from around the country to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline owned by Energy Transfer Partners out of Dallas, Texas whose CEO (Kelcy Warren) btw uses not crude oil in his home, but solar energy. KW has also admitted in multiple live interviews the pipeline can leak and will leak in time due to time itself and human error which will threaten the only sourcr of clean drinking water for the Sioux tribe. This pipeline was originally routed to go through Bismarck, ND, but was deemed too dangerous for the 98% white citizens and their drinking water. So, the pipeline was then rerouted to Cannonball, ND without an environmental study or consent by the tribe, who stated in a tribal council meeting with DAPL, they did not want it (2014). The land in Cannonball is currently covered under the Ft. Laramie Treaty of 1851 though the Army Corps and United States Government has broken that treaty and sold off most of that land or keeping it for the US government themselves. Dec 4, 2016 the Obama administration and the Army Corps denied the final pipeline permit that would allow the pipeline to go under the Missouri River. Around 11pm Dec 4, 2016, Energy Transfer Partners CEO Kelcy Warren stated in a press release that the indigenous tribes and their supporters (which included over 10k people over 2k of them being veterans and 500 Nations of indigenous tribes ), would not stop them from finishing the pipeline. They stated they will pay the daily fines for continuing for they believe they have a illegal permit and believes that President-Elect Donald Trump who has had up to 1 million dollars personally invested and who promises to continue the Keystone Pipeline, will over rule the current denial by the Obama administration. On Dec.5, 2016 many of the members of the indigenous tribes as well as US Veterans were threated as they went into town by masked men as seen in this video. They have also been denied rooms for shelter during a ND blizzard that hit Dec.4-5th in the Bismarck/Fargo area without notice or refund. After a public announcement by the current ND Governor, stores have refused to sale supplies the indigenous people and their supporters (Veterans and non indigenous included), such as building supplies, heaters, food, clothing, fuel etc. The Governor has stated no ambulances or tow trucks would come out to help anyone in need. He has since released a new statement amending his initial ban order on sales to water protectors and veterans, but hotels and stores statewide have continued to ban sales to these people. The people of camp have been urged by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Chairman to go home for their safety in the blizzard, but supporters refuse to leave as they believe what Kelcy Warreb has said is true and the pipeline will illegally continue to be laid. The supporters for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has turned the Prairie Nights Casino and some area on the reservation into storm shelters for the demonstrators during this blizzard for those without adequate shelter. All are safe, warm and without harm at this moment despite rumors of illness, death, injury by infiltrators, ND government and prodapl supporters.
