I visited the Old Town of Tunisia and explored historical sites that truly take you back in time. Among the highlights was the oldest mosque in North Africa "Zaitouna Mosque" opened 698 AD , a place of great significance and one of the most important landmarks in Islamic history. I also enjoyed tasting traditional Tunisian food , known for their unique diversity of sweet and spicy flavors. During my visit, I witnessed the craftsmanship behind handmade decorative pieces and walked through the traditional market, or souk, known as "El Medina El Arbi".
