How to Pan Roast Coffee | Beginner's Guide

Roasting coffee in a simple pan is the oldest and cheapest way to get into home coffee roasting! In this video we'll cover the basics on why pan roasting is such a great way to get into coffee roasting, which pans work the best, the basics of roasting and there's even a roast walk through you can use as a template to get you started!

CORRECTION: A commenter below pointed out that I misidentified the material used in the pan in the demo. It is actually a Revere Ware stainless steel with a copper clad bottom. Either way, it works great for me with roasting; very responsive and lightweight!
