Creating Spectacular Motion Graphics in Cinema 4D and Redshift

In this presentation, Maxon Master Trainer Jonas Pilz is recreating two shots of a motion graphics project he made. He’s showing how to set up the cloth animation, the crystals on convex parts of the cloth simulation and also how to light and render it using Redshift. Furthermore, he’s showing how he used a geometry modifier capsule he created (called Greeble Subdivision) to create a greeble effect on the cloth.

How to install:
Open the Asset Browser
In the Asset Browser, open the Create menu and choose Import Assets…
Navigate to the .zip file and hit Open
Choose the Database (recommended: Preferences or a custom database)
Hit OK and confirm the upcoming messages
Done! You should now find Greeble Subdivision in the Geometry Modifier category
