This is a solo backpacking trip where I stay in my car at the trailhead and then adventure into the Cache Creek Wilderness for an overnight stay. This was my first ever solo backpacking trip and it will definitely not be my last. On this adventure I explore along the South Fork of Cache Creek and establish a campsite before exploring the nearby areas.
This area is on BLM land and therefore all rules should be followed from the BLM website. Fire permits are required. Check the rules and regulations before you start at the trailhead.
