No Man's Sky: First Playthrough | Distracted by Beauty, Hooked by Lore

This is my first-ever blind playthrough of No Man’s Sky. In this episode, I jump into the sci-fi exploration and survival game with no guides, no spoilers, and no prior experience, discovering the universe exactly as the game presents it.

I begin on a dangerous fire planet, struggling to survive extreme heat, violent storms, and resource scarcity while trying to reach my crashed ship. Along the way, I explore underground cave systems, narrowly avoid angering Sentinels, witness cinematic ship flyovers at night, and encounter an unknown grave! Something I didn’t even know existed at this stage of the game.

This video captures my genuine first experience with No Man’s Sky, focusing on exploration, survival mechanics, environmental storytelling, and the mysterious lore that slowly reveals itself. The episode ends as I prepare to craft antimatter, fuel my hyperdrive, and take my first real step into the larger universe.
