Most of us think that we have pretty good understanding of the basic principles of forensics. We binge on forensic true crime series, we buy and read a huge number of forensic books and download and listen to true crime podcasts. We all love to figure out Who Dunnit!
But there are still some secrets in forensics which are passed down from master to student, which are not readily available on the internet.
The purpose of this video is to show you one singular forensic technique, which I use almost every single day. This technique is so powerful and so pervasive that it will change the way you think.
This video will chiefly focus on the power of this first principle. Even fictional forensic detective characters have been using this principle without naming it. Fictional forensic detectives, such as Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, Philip Marlowe, Miss Marple, Nancy Drew, Perry Mason, Columbo, Adrian Monk, Inspector Clouseau, Patrick Jane (The Mentalist), Thomas Magnum, Jessica Fletcher, and even Tintin, have used this singular forensic principle.
It is my intention to share this principle with you, which is the bedrock of modern forensics. This principle is 'Locard's Exchange Principle' (The Law of Interchange). Every Contact Leaves a Trace!
This video will expand upon its genius and its power. You will learn its applications in other fields. You will see how this principle affects you in your daily life. Once understood, you will likely become a medical detective in your own life.
