Rice Flour - 800g = 4 &1/2 cups rice flours (if using a measuring cup)
Plain Flour - 1kg / 1000g = 6&1/2 cups plain flours (if using a measuring cup)
Morcha Gur / Date Molasses - 1200g
Water - 1350ml
Desiccated Coconut - 150g
Fennel Seeds - 10g
Cooking Oil for deep frying
Total medium size Handesh came out after cooking using above measurement is 140x.
