Pac Drive Mamehooker 12V Button Output test

Getting this thing working for a 12V button was not easy. First off the wiring diagram on the ultimarc website for 12V connections to the Pac Drive is wrong (Or should I say incomplete) cause it leaves out the part where you have to connect the 12V ground to the + hub on the Pac drive (the hub where you would usually use for your power supply if you were hooking up 5V buttons) And no matter how hard I looked there is absolutely NOTHING about this online so I just had to figure it out and pray that what I was doing didn’t accidentally fry the board.
Also finding the code to simply light the buttons up when the game told it to was also a lot harder than I thought I’d be. You’d think for all the videos on mamehooker and making custom arcade cabinets there are on YouTube I’d be easy, but of course not. Thankfully after looking through one of ArcadeAdam’s videos I was able to finally find what I was looking for. Here’s the code for getting the led buttons sync up for anyone who’s interested:
uls 1 1 %s%
The first 1 is the Pac Drive ID number and the second 1 is the Hub number you ran the ground wire from your led button into. So say for example my Pac Drive ID is 2 and I want to sync a button to the game from hub 7, the code would instead be:
uls 2 7 %s%
Note: You have to use either a PAC Drive or another LED output device that’s supported by mamehooker to get the buttons lights to be in sync with the gameplay
