Cadmium Wastewater Purification Using AVS Vortex Layer Technology

Purifying wastewater from cadmium is one of the most critical environmental challenges in industries such as electroplating, metallurgy, chemical production, and battery manufacturing. GlobeCore’s AVS vortex layer devices offer an innovative solution that intensifies physicochemical reactions without excessive reagent consumption or sludge formation.

Due to high-intensity vortex mixing, cavitation, electrolysis, and micro-grinding, AVS devices enable faster precipitation of cadmium hydroxides (1.5–2 times faster than conventional reactors) and reduce lime milk consumption to 90–100% of the theoretically required value. The treated water can be reused in closed-loop systems, helping enterprises cut costs and comply with environmental regulations.
