Frontier Minuteman Outpost Settlement set up to patrol area bordering the glowing sea and along the Charles River ,as well as a communications outpost to send back reports to the Castle.
Population is 20 settlers : 3 tier one vendors , Barber , butcher ,3 crop harvesters and a Caravan trading outpost provide settlement with a small economy. It is guarded by a 6 man Garrison of 5 Troopers and a Comms Tech.
