Through the CEO App, he helps communities better understand how systems of power operate — and how to monitor, evaluate, and demand accountability from elected officials, corporations, and institutions using clear, evidence-based tools.
In addition to the CEO App, Cal is also the creator of StemReps, a technology and training network of STEM students, technologists, and professionals committed to supporting disruptive, revenue-positive innovations that make a measurable difference. Together, these efforts reflect Cal’s belief that technology should be both economically viable and socially responsible.
A graduate of Morehouse College, Cal brings a values-driven approach to systems-building, grounded in transparency, access, and informed participation. He was recently featured on the Shattered Mindset Podcast, hosted by Melvin Larry, where he discussed leadership, systems thinking, and the role of technology in advancing social change.
