In this video we are got a call from our local human society about a parking lot that would flood every time the it rained hard. After arriving we found the storm catch basin was full of mulch build up that had washed into pipe. we hydro scrubbed all the mulch out of the pipe to clear the blockage and find out that the storm drainage is not going to the road but back to the river behind the building. The sanitary sewer was also clogged so we hydro scrubbed out 100 feet to blow out all sludge and debris that was clogging the line out to street in front of building. We had no clue at the start that the two drains were separate issues and headed to different locations, happened to be at the right place at the right time.
