Here's a first-pass at a 20' chicken run suitable for our tough weather, mostly constructed of off-the-shelf parts and ample amounts of scrap I had lying around. I've updated this video to include a disclaimer at the end - I'd recommend taking precautions to prevent both the chickens and predators from digging underneath the skids!

Snap-clips to hold down shade cloth: (I'd look into more sturdy options - I think they even make aluminum ones..)
