EKO 12 string - guitar Chernobyl!!!

Here's a nasty little repair job I'm dealing with at the moment. Firstly, the 'bolt-on' neck had been glued on and the action was unplayably high, so I had to try and release it in order to reglue the loose neck block and shim the neck itself. Worse was to come in when I looked through the sound hole and saw a Chernobyl-like "elephants foot" of builder's expanding foam filling most of the body. I assumed that either the top was caving in, or there might have been a loose brace for some idiot to decide that filling the body with expanding foam would be a good fix. I damaged to free the neck, and so far I've managed to hack out most of the foam using a small flushcut saw, a chisel and a spatula, so I may indeed manage to get it to a playable state. The loose brace was embedded in the mass of cured foam.
