Didn't note it in the video but Bullet Climax, uncharged DK punch, uncharged Shield Breaker, and Falcon punch can also lock
A few notes:
-Every copy ability highlighted will lock & prattack at any %, up to 999%
-Using "Deception" does not ensure the opponent will miss the tech, it just makes it more difficult to
-Moves that edge slip are also called "prattacks"
-ISAI dropping is a tech that has been around for YEARS, not claiming its something new
-Jab locks work on any stage that isnt Dreamland (facing in) and Lylat. Both non-omega.
