Tokyo-based label AMBUSH® is the brainchild of co-founder and creative director YOON. Founded in 2008 as an experimental jewelry collection, the brand’s unisex statement pieces quickly gained a following among fashion’s boldest and brightest. With apparel created as a canvas to complete the aesthetic YOON envisioned, AMBUSH® evolved into designing unisex ready-to-wear collections. This rapid expansion led to a slew of collaborations with various sought-after artists and tastemakers. Reflecting the fearless spirit and star-power magnetism of the brand’s founders, these streetwear offerings constitute AMBUSH®’s inimitably rebellious approach to design. With a cult following, almost one million Instagram followers, YOON was also a finalist for the prestigious LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers.
