Im OK - ribs are sore and back and shoulder were sore but feeling better now. It was late in the day and my body was getting weak so, not surprise to crash on the last run, it was sketchy from the start. I was surprised to see James had already crashed though haha!
wind and rain was relentless and most footage is unwatchable but so sick to finally get to dyfi! cant wait to get back in the dry 🤙🏼
