please forgive me for making alot of mistakes while speaking
I am 17 years old
I am 6 feet + tall
my body weight is 86kg rn
I wanna achieve my old physique strength and skills in these 90 days and gonna stay disciplined for 365 DAYS
I used to do a lot of workouts (home). I did workout for 6 yrs but then I stopped due to some injuries for 2 yrs now I am going to restart please join me
simple rules :
1) 30 mins minimum workout everyday (in starting days u can take time to reach 30 mins )
2) 3 hrs study everyday
3) NO FAP & NO PORN
4) NO abusive words
5) eat only food made at home 😊 (even if it's full of oil and ghee)
6) don't skip meals at all eat at least 3 times a day and 1 glass of milk and 1 glass of pulse
7) stay hydrated and don't skip water
8) no extra supplements like protein creatine and else for 90days !! we will think about it later after 90 days!!
