Goat. Hypothermia an acute case of malnutrition /starvation

This is 12 hours after I found this baby laying next to its mother frozen stiff. The mother although cleaning it and being affectionate with this little boy, was not feeding it and I thought something was up but I wasn't sure. Any time the baby would try to latch she (mom) would get out of the way. But I didn't see that so clearly yesterday. By the time I came out this morning and it was 30° outside even with the heater going the ambient temperature in the stall was probably about 40°. That would be bad enough, but if the baby had not eaten since about after birth about 2 days ago, imagine how much worse that was. mind you this baby is less than 72 hours old at this point. I bundled them up and ran into the house. I immediately started to swaddle him and blankets. I found a water bottle I filled it up with hot water and sat him on the hot water however he had thrown his head back his tongue was out and he wasn't able to cry he wasn't able to move, he wasn't able to do anything he was basically dead in the Shell of a body I had never seen a goat in this bad of condition. needless to say I was terrified. I had to deal with the malnutrition from a not being fed, and then added hypothermia to that it was just something else. I was convinced that this baby was not going to make it. in fact, I still cannot believe this baby is here I cannot believe he's standing walking and crying it took the full 12 hours to get him to where he is right now because he was in really, really bad shape. some of the things I did: I put him in a plastic bag, and dipped the bag with him in it (without him getting wet) with his neck outside the bag which was in the water that was about 105°. I kept him there for about 20-25 minutes until the water started to cool to try to evenly bring up his body temperature. and because of the malnutrition I also gave him some honey which I had to put on his lips and his tongue and his gums (so he can absorb it) because he really couldn't swallow. I did the same with the vitamin B12 in addition to that I had dribbled some warm milk about 103° down his throat he really again, couldn't swallow but I helped him to swallow. I massaged him the whole time he was also received electrolytes, by mouth, with a syringe 2 cc's. the most important part of all of this is that I prayed allowed. to God and prayed to save this baby's life frantically I had never done that in my life. of course I pray to god, but I have never done it out loud and so boldly I really wanted to make sure the Lord heard me. this baby was not supposed to make it. I figured only late this afternoon when the dust settled. but, it was this afternoon that the mother has mastitis. I immediately gave her a shot of oxytetracycline that I had on hand. It is very painful for her to try to feed the baby she can't let anything near her teats. She will be on this medication for 5 days. maybe even 7 days, depending on how quickly the swelling goes down. I will also have to milk the mother manually to get any of the infection out and get those teets flowing.I also believe she knows that she has an infection and she did not want to sicken her baby. On the other hand, everything else that happened would have, and by All rights should have, killed her baby, including the hypothermia and her not snuggling with the baby to keep it warm. However, I don't think I would have noticed unless the baby was laying on its side away from its mother this morning. Everything happens for a reason. Over time, I brought him outside into the sun because it was about 65° today. He stood there and really couldn't walk, he's really not walking all that well right now but he's taking a few steps. The story began as a tragedy, one where I thought I was going to have to bury this baby goat. I thank the Lord everyday for life, and I thank the Lord for saving this baby's life. I'm no miracle worker, it isn't me. God just showed me the way.
