This was my first go at putting together our newest backyard addition — the Solo Stove Steelfire Griddle! I did a good bit of research before buying this trendy new grill, but I definitely underestimated just how heavy it is. We’ve got plenty of cooking ahead of us to get the hang of this all-stainless-steel beast, but one thing’s for sure — it’s staying put in the backyard!
