During this U.S. trip, we had the pleasure of meeting three passionate embroidery entrepreneurs, listening to their stories, providing technical support, and witnessing their growth in the embroidery world.

📍Stop 1: Courtney – Building a Supportive Embroidery Community
A BAi user for two years, Courtney is eager to connect with other embroiderers in her area so they can share knowledge and support each other. She introduced us to her team—her sister, who handles embroidery, and her neighbor, who manages digitizing. To help her on her journey, we recommended platforms like Richword and Institch, hoping they’ll be valuable resources for her growing business.

📍Stop 2: Sandra – From Passion to Precision
Sandra’s family business originally focused on shoe and bag repairs, but many years ago, she discovered a love for embroidery. Over time, she upgraded from a single-needle machine to multiple units, allowing her to take on more custom orders, particularly for bags. During our visit, we helped troubleshoot her machine and resolve a needle breakage issue.
