Like the Pokemon Stadium bootlegs for the SNES and GEN, this is an interesting in theory but tedious in practice anime fighting game with lots of Pokemons. Using the right moves, having good timing, and having decent luck are all keys to success in this game. (This is why I didn't beat the game this run, rip.)
I like the translation because childhood favorites like Charmander and Pikachu love saying words like "shit" and "damn". In that sense, it reminds me of the Vietnamese Crystal translation but with much more coherency and much fewer elves.

It is currently in emulation purgatory because while there are technically dumps of this out there, the copy protection remains unsolved and thus cannot be played on emulators or even on flash carts.
