কুমার নদী (Kumar Nodi) বাংলাদেশের দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিমাঞ্চলের ফরিদপুর (Faridpur) ও গোপালগঞ্জ (Gopalganj) জেলার একটি নদ। নদটির দৈর্ঘ্য ৭৯ কিলোমিটার, গড় প্রস্থ ৪৪ মিটার। বাংলাদেশ পানি উন্নয়ন বোর্ড বা "পাউবো" কর্তৃক কুমার নদীর প্রদত্ত পরিচিতি নম্বর দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিমাঞ্চলের নদী নং ১১।
কুমার নদটি ফরিদপুর সদর উপজেলার পৌরসভার পাশ দিয়ে প্রবহমান পদ্মা নদী থেকে উৎপত্তি লাভ করেছে। অতঃপর নদটি গোপালগঞ্জ জেলার মুকসুদপুর উপজেলায় রাগদি ইউনিয়ন পর্যন্ত প্রবাহিত হয়ে মাদারীপুর বিলরুট নদীতে পতিত হয়েছে।
