Tips for Static Shoulder hooping - AKA Shoulder hooping while standing still.
#1 - Use a larger hoop
#2 - Bend at the knees, legs further than shoulder width apart
#3 - Rock side to side
#4 - Pump your chest - move quickly
#5 - Pump your pusher arm quickly
#6 - Practice both currents
#7 - Try leaning back and pushing your chest upward instead of forward
#8 - A stable base/footing is essential and extremely helpful when learning!
