I am recording my process for baking sourdough bread. This is intended for viewing by my family and has no redeeming value for new or experienced bakers.
This is the third of a series of videos broken down into logical steps. However, while recording I was also baking two loaves I prepared the day. The narrative during these recording may reference the baking of breads prepared the day before.
