All Purpose Flour (Maida): 1 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder: 1 1/2 Tsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Wet Ingredients:
Butter (unsalted): 1/2 Cup
Sugar: 3/4 Cup
Eggs: 2 (room temperature)
Lemon Zest: 2 Lemons
Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract: 1/2 Tsp
Buttermilk: 1/2 Cup (Milk: 1/2 cup + Vinegar: 1 Tsp)
Blueberry Syrup:
Blueberries: 3/4 Cup
Sugar: 2 Tbsp
Water: 1/2 Cup
Cream Cheese Lemon Frosting:
Butter (unsalted): 2 Tbsp
Cream Cheese: 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar: 2 Tbsp
Lemon Zest: 1 Lemon
Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract: 1 Tsp
Pour the batter into a 12-cup cupcake mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 35 minutes, or until well baked.
