recipe banana bread

2- cups of flour plain
1/2-stick of butter
1/2 cup of Brown sugar
1/2 cup of pecan or walnut optional
1-tsp of vanilla flavor
1/4-teaspoon of salt
4-ripe banana
2-eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
 4 tablespoon of cottage cheese 
1/2 cup of chocolate morsels
1/2 cup of caramel or Reese‘s morsels
If you would like this bread sweeter, add 1/4 cup of white sugar
If your batter is still a little stiff, add a couple of tablespoons of milk, buttermilk if you have it
