How Easy is it to remove a Vw Beetle Engine ?? | My First Attempt

Ive watched videos, I've seen so many people say it's sooo easy. WELL I am here to show you how simple it is. How fast you can actually do this. I have never removed a vw Beetle engine before and I wanted to film this process for me as a beginning with this car. I do understand the body is off and it makes this a lot easier, but for my first one this is perfect. It helps show you the simplicity of what needs to be done, if the body is in the way or not.

Basically 2 simple steps
remove the bolts from engine to trans ( 4 of them ) 17mm or 15mm
WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE, and your good. lol

Once the engine is out, it's not the lightest. and it's fairly unbalanced on a regular jack so just keep your head on your shoulders , lower the jack and play it safe. don't want that falling. To reinstall its all these steps in reverse, Line up the fly wheel with the starter when sliding in. Lock in place and tighten bolts.

This engine is for my 1969 VW beetle restoration project I have going on.
