Footage Shows Russian Troops Raising Flags After Claiming Siversk Capture

Russian military officials claimed their forces had fully captured the city of Siversk in Ukraine’s Donetsk region on Thursday.
The Defence Ministry released video showing troops hoisting Russian flags in the city.
It also published images reportedly showing Russian servicemen "conducting door-to-door visits to apartment buildings and the private sector in order to provide medical assistance to civilians who remain in the city."
General Valery Gerasimov and other senior officers reported the update to President Putin.
