Here is the best Infinite Crit Harlowe Build in Borderlands 4, some powerful synergies in the green "Cosmic Brilliance" skill tree make Harlowe get infinite critical hits when she uses the Nuclear Winter augment. With some other skill tree and gear selections we can make this hit extremely hard either leveling or at level 50 UVH5. Its good throughout the entire game. Harlowe has some powerful synergies in her tree with weapons like Katagawa's Revenge, which lets her proc her action skill cooldown very quickly.
