TRUCK SINKS in MUD, under HEAVY DOZER - Difficult T16 Donkey Farm Rescue | RC ADVENTURES

Rain. Buckets of it. The kind that turns backroads into bogs and makes old metal groan.

Thankfully, I’d been wrenching in the shop earlier, fabricating a new cab for my recently acquired T-16 Donkey Tractor—because when the storm rolled in, it rolled in hard. Earlier that day, I was up at the logging site collecting my old Oliver Cletrac chain tractor/dozer. My plan is simple. Load it onto the tired old harvester and roll it down the logging road. Easy, right? Hrmph..

Wrong.

The rain hit like a wall, and with only an open diff and 2WD under me, that descent turned into a sketchy slip-n-slide through the bush. The Cletrac’s track was acting up—so I wasn’t about to drive it home. I knew it was a risk. But what’s life without a little risk? I slogged back.. drenched.

Before long, things went sideways, and it was clear I needed backup. Cue the T-18 Donkey Tractor. Mud flying. Mosquitos swarming. No windows. No mercy. Just me, a remote, and a hope that what I built in the shop could survive what nature dished out.
