Born into dance life thanks to her mom, who danced Cougarettes style and now teaches at Club Dance Studio in Arizona, Navy practically grew up on marley. She has two younger sisters and shares the stage with one of them in four different routines, and she talks about what that sister energy is really like once the music starts.

We catch her in Las Vegas, where she made Top 4 at Radix Nationals in her first season there. She tells us what the Challenge felt like, why she loves improv, and how competition weeks hit differently when you are brand new to the circuit.
