Simply replace your damage inner tube with this Quick Change Inner Tube. Pry the tire edge from the rim of the bike, locate the damaged inner tube and remove it with a pair of scissors. Once damaged inner tube has been removed then take the new quick-change inner and inflate it a little with air.

Once inflated with 10% air then guide this along with the inner wheel and interior of the tire. Once the inner tube has been guided around the entire wheel then replace the tire edge back onto the interior of the rim.

When the tire is securely back onto the interior of the rim than pump the inner to the specific require PSI located on the exterior of the tire wall.

1. Deflate the tire. Remove any puncturing objects.
2. Work one side of the tire off the rim. Remove the old tube.
3. Before installing, slightly inflate the new tube to give it shape.
4. Insert tube valve through rim hole. Gently push the tube into place inside the tire.
5. Work tire back onto rim being careful not to pinch the tube. Use of tire levers is recommended.
6. Ensure tire bead is consistently seated around both sides of the tire. Inflate to proper PSI.
