Qeema Munchies
Ingredients
Minced Mutton 250 grams (you can use chicken or beef)
Onion 1 small, chopped
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander 4 tbsp, chopped
Fresh mint 2 tbsp, chopped
Green chilies 2-3, chopped
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili flakes to taste
Chat masala 1 tsp
Garam masala 3/4 tsp
Dried methi leaves 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 3 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Wheat flour (ata) 4 tbsp or more (I used jo ka aata)
Water for mixing, as needed
Oil for frying
Place minced meat in a bowl.
In a pestle and mortar, add coriander seeds and cumin seeds. Crush until coriander seeds are cracked open. Now add ajwain and crush a few times. Add this to the mince.
Now add all the other ingredients except aata and water.
Mix well and add aata and mix again. Check if the mixture is dry add some water and mix until the qeema can be shaped into a ball easily.
This mixture should be soft. Should not be hard or dry.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Turn on medium flame to heat the oil for frying and while oil starts to heat, make qeema munchies and place on a plate.
Oil should be hot otherwise munchies will release water in oil.
Fry on medium to.high flame for 3-5 minutes or until golden.
Serve with your favourite chutney.

Ingredients
Kiwi 2
Green bell pepper 1/2
Garlic cloves 2-3
Fresh coriander 2 handful
Fresh mint 1 handful
Onion 1
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Honey 1-2 tbsp as per taste
Green chili 1-2
Salt to taste
