All my keynote speeches are geared toward three categories of people in life and success. They are...
1. Basement People
2. Cocoon People
3. Cruise Control People

Let's see if you can find out which one you are. Any of them can have a huge impact on your success in life.
👉 The Basement People
The basement people are those who hit rock bottom, and they stay they. They give up. They suffer from what I call "power amnesia". Somehow they forget they have the power within to change any situation. Their lives are in neutral. They are not doing anything to make things better.
Instead of doing something to change their condition, they prefer to blame others for the way things are for them. My job is to give them a wake-up call and inspire them to reclaim their God-given power.
👉 The Cocoon People
Those are the people who are doing everything they can to achieve a goal or get some results. They are busy working hard to make things happen. But, every step of the way, they keep doubting themselves. Why?
It's because they do not see results fast enough. They are impatient. They have zero respect for the process. They want it now. They go to the gym, and they expect to gain some muscles after a couple of weeks.
In essence, they are like the caterpillar inside the cocoon. They are on the verge of becoming a butterfly. The breakthrough is near. However, they can't wait. They are praying for someone to come along and cut the silky pouch for them.
They don't understand the struggles inside the cocoon is part of the process. The butterfly does not think it is struggling. It gladly endures pains with the prospect of becoming a butterfly.
My job is to challenge them to stay in the game; to have the will to win.
👉 The Cruise Control People
This is my favorite category of people. They are the winners who get too comfortable after every win. They people their lives on cruise control once they achieve their goals.
I'm talking about people who wanted a job, position, a big account, etc. They work extremely hard and finally reach the milestone. But, as soon as they do so, they start coasting on cruise control.
Meanwhile, the competition is accelerating at dizzying speeds to dethrone the cruise control people.
Winners don't celebrate for too long. The moment they achieve a goal, they go to the strategy room immediately to reverse-engineer their successes, so they accelerate faster.
