Doctor envisons clara by the odd he see her life with him and her death, so he runs to TRADIS to meet her, time travel with her, then he sees dies by the fall, he travels to future to meet clara identical decent travels with till she goes into Doctor's time streaming doctor feeling lost and doubtful looking for clara, but clara is looking for him and she finds him he gets shot by dalek, clara goes to his side, he regenerates but with the hand that got cut off during chirstmas invasion prevent 10 from changing and he embraces clara just holding her hand
