🎯 Role: Subject Matter Expert / Catalog Specialist (Non-Tech Role)
Amazon has opened mass hiring under the Non-Tech Full-Time Employment (FTE) program for Undergraduate students (Invite Only). Selected candidates will work in Retail Business Services (RBS) on critical catalog and process improvement initiatives that directly impact customer experience and operational excellence.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Own defect elimination goals for catalog and process improvement
🔹 Perform deep data analysis using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python
🔹 Drive cross-functional initiatives for better catalog quality
🔹 Collaborate with senior leadership & automation teams
🔹 Recommend solutions through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
🔹 Prepare dashboards and real-time reports to monitor KPIs

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream – Non-Tech)
✅ 0–2 years of experience in program/project management preferred
✅ Strong analytical mindset & stakeholder communication skills
✅ Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau is a plus
✅ Fluent in spoken and written English
