Hello and welcome back to my channel this week I am going to show you how to make Sauce Klouala or Sauce Ademe which means Jute Leaves soup
so sit back grab yourself a cuppa while I show you how to make it.
These are the ingredients needed to make this for a family of four so please adjust to suit.
Marinating the prawns:
500g of King prawns
1 tsp crushed black peppercorns
1 tsp of bouillon seasoning
salt to taste.
Jute Leaves Preparation:
600g Jute Leaves
some salted | dried fish of your choice
a quarter teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
Ingredients for Soup base:
2 large smoked mackerel fish
500g of assorted meat pre-cooked using a blend of fresh onion garlic, ginger bouillon cube and some salt.
Retain the stock from the meat to use later.
A mixture of a red and white onion diced.
Homemade green seasoning link to the video of how I made it below or you can you 2 tbsp of all-purpose seasoning
2tbsp shrimp/crayfish powder
1tsbp bouillon cube powder
50ml palm oil
selection of green and scotch bonnet peppers quantity of your choice.
salt to taste.
